Summary of Qualifications

Dr. Sung is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) with a doctorate in Environmental Engineering. In 1989, Dr. Sung joined Trinity Consultants, where she provides technical support to clients with air quality and noise impact issues. She is a senior member of the technical staff, specializing in accidental release analysis, air quality research, air pollution control technology evaluation, and noise analysis. She was an appointed member of the North Central Texas Air Quality Advisory Committee from 1994 to 1997 and is actively involved in regional air quality studies. Dr. Sung is a frequent author and speaker on air quality issues. She teaches professional development courses in areas such as:

  • Impact Analysis for Chemical Accidental Releases
  • Air Quality Analysis for Mobile Sources
  • Clean Air Act Workshop for Oil Refineries
Litigation Support Experience

Dr. Sung has provided technical support and expert testimony on issues such as particulate matter emissions from a waste dumping site, noise levels for a highway expansion project, indoor air toxic exposure, and source characteristics of accidental releases from chemical processes.
