Lou has over 40 years of
environmental consulting experience in the areas of site assessments, audits
and environmental outreach and training. He has a thorough understanding of

New H&S Training Requirements
On November 14, 2013, the Ontario government filed O. Reg. 297/13 Occupational Health and Safety Awareness and Training, a new regulation under the Occupational Health and Safety Act ("OHSA") requiring employers to ensure workers and supervisors receive mandatory safety awareness training. Beginning July 1, 2014, employers in Ontario must ensure that all their workers and supervisors complete a basic occupational health and safety awareness training program. Trinity Merges with Church & Trought
Trinity Consultants recently expanded into Canada by merging
with Church & Trought, Inc. (CTI), a Toronto-based multi-disciplined
environmental consulting company that also specializes in air quality issues.
The entire CTI team remains on board including Lou Locatelli, Principal
Consultant of the new Trinity office, and John Trought, CTI founder. The
Toronto team assists industrial companies with environmental challenges
including government approvals and permitting, reporting, stack testing and
sampling, air pollution control, odour assessments, air dispersion modeling,
noise assessments and abatement, site assessment and remediation, waste water
and storm water management, and compliance audits.
