Texas Emission Event/MSS Authorization & Reporting WorkshopThis comprehensive one-day workshop covers air quality regulations and requirements pertaining to properly address situations associated with emissions events (EE) and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, start-up, and shutdown activities (MSS). The course is especially beneficial to operations and environmental personnel who are responsible for reporting or obtaining permits, and maintaining air quality compliance, as well as those who seek a general understanding of the regulations and reporting of unauthorized emissions and regulatory obligations. Examples will be provided throughout.
RECLAIM SeminarsThe Regional Clean Air Incentives Market (RECLAIM) program, adopted by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) in October 1993, established an emissions cap and declining balance for many of the largest facilities emitting nitrogen oxides (NOx) and sulfur oxides (SOx) in the South Coast Air Basin. RECLAIM allows participating facilities to trade air pollution while meeting clean air goals.
California GHG: AB32 & CCAR Reporting, Audits, & RequirementsLearn how the AB32 goals are determined and how the reductions will be achieved in California. Through examples and exercises, this course covers the development of the baseline (1990) emission level, mandatory reporting requirements, preparing a GHG inventory, Early Action Measures, market mechanisms, audit and verification, trading, and planning reductions.
