Trinity Consultants Hires Top Arkansas Environmental Expert



Trinity Consultants, an international environmental consulting firm that specializes in industrial air quality issues, recently hired Shannon G. Lynn, P.E. as a Principal Consultant in its Little Rock, Arkansas office. Mr. Lynn has more than 22 years of consulting experience assisting organizations with regulatory requirements related to air quality issues. He has worked with dozens of Arkansas facilities in industries such as specialty chemical manufacturing, agricultural processing, refining, printing, minerals processing, general manufacturing, and forest products. He is an expert at navigating complex regulatory requirements under the Clean Air Act including construction and operating permits, compliance with national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), and air quality modeling studies. Mr. Lynn has also led numerous air quality permitting projects in other states, including Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Trinity’s Little Rock office is managed by Charles R. Mr. Lynn is a registered professional engineer in 13 states who graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He is active on the Air Committee of the Arkansas Environmental Federation and is a frequent presenter on air compliance topics in Arkansas.
