Complimentary Refinery Sector Rule (RSR) Roundtable Discussion

Please join Trinity Consultants for lunch while attending this 2-hour Q&A session specific to the Refinery Sector Rule, which the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) promulgated on September 29, 2015. This final rule has fulfilled EPA's obligations to evaluate residual risks and technological developments under sections 112(f) and 112(d)(6) of the Clean Air Act for the petroleum refinery NESHAPs, 40 CFR 63 Subparts CC and UUU, with certain requirements under this rulemaking becoming effective on February 1, 2016.  The purpose of this Q&A session, will be to provide a platform to discuss the key new requirements under the Refinery Sector Rule and highlight the currently outstanding issues and ambiguities. As well as start a discussion on the likely path forward for anticipated further rulemaking, suggested best practices for conducting gap assessments, and planning compliance/implementation strategies based on experience across the refining industry. Come prepared with your questions and concerns and lets work together to help you fine-tune your strategies.
