Trinity supports clients in meeting federal and (Colorado) state environmental review and permitting requirements, including those of the: National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106, Endangered Species Act (ESA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC). Our services are inclusive of environmental and cultural-resource work, from field surveys and tribal consultation to cumulative impact documentation under ECMC’s new rules (effective December 16, 2024) for oil and gas development plans.
