Final rule determining that biodiesel and heating oil produced from distillers sorghum oil meets the lifecycle GHG emission reduction threshold of 50 percent required for advanced biofuels and biomass-based diesel under the RFS program and therefore EPA is adding them to the list of approved renewable fuel production pathways in the RFS regulations.
