    Final rule establishing minor NSR general permits for use in Indian Country for two source categories, permits by rule for three source categories, and authorizing the use of general permits established under the program to create synthetic minor source for two source categories.

    Direct final rule amending the PSD program regulations to allow for rescission of certain PSD permits issued by EPA and delegated reviewing authorities under Step 2 of the PSD and Title V GHG Tailoring Rule, pursuant to the related vacatur of the rule. Proposed rule published simultaneously.

    Partial withdrawal of the 2/19/15 direct final Technical Amendments Related to Tier 3 Motor Vehicle Fuel and Quality Assurance Plan Provisions, due to adverse comment.

    Notice that on 4/20/2015, and in compliance with a consent decree, EPA issued new and revised emission factors for flares and other refinery process units and issued its final determination that revisions to existing emission factors for tanks and wastewater treatment systems are not necessary.
