IDarrat_headshotIn order to better serve client companies in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, Trinity recently formalized its Chemical Sector Services under the direction of Inaas Darrat, PE. For more than a decade, Ms. Darrat has supported industry sector clients regarding Clean Air Act compliance including regulatory applicability analysis, MACT and NSPS compliance, air permitting, emissions quantification and reporting, and compliance management solutions. She is a recognized resource in the area of LDAR compliance across a wide range of MACT/NSPS regulations including chemical, pharmaceutical, refining, and oil & gas and RCRA. She has consulted with clients on broad compliance strategies and has worked onsite at numerous facilities to assist with day-to-day compliance activities.

Ms. Darrat and her team will provide focused support on the regulatory issues challenging industry including BWON and MACT compliance (HON/MON/OLD), LDAR support, compliance management, start-Up, shut-down, maintenance planning requirements, and proposed Uniform Standards. The team will also be providing new training courses in 2013 including:

  • Compliance Management for Fugitive Emissions & LDAR Programs for Oil & Gas Industry
