On behalf of Trinity Consultants and its business units, our thoughts are with everyone impacted by coronavirus, COVID-19. In addition, we want to assure you of our ongoing commitment to business continuity in the event that we, or any of our clients, need to temporarily work remotely.

We know that you depend on Trinity Consultants to be responsive to your business challenges and ongoing project work, and we are committed to ensuring that our work progresses with as little interruption as possible. Fortunately, technology facilitates our teams to work effectively regardless of their physical location.

We are complying with recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Thereby, every office and business unit leader is determining the best course of action to ensure the health and safety of our clients and our employees (and their families) located in our 71 offices. In addition, we are asking our consultants to consider only essential business travel without compromising business continuity.

Over the last few days, we have taken the following steps to meet our clients' business needs in this new, temporary work environment:

  • We are transitioning classroom training courses into webinars where possible. This gives our clients the opportunity to continue their education without the increasing risk of travel.
  • We have begun working with some clients on pandemic response planning for their facilities and businesses.
  • We have asked all employees working remotely to redirect office phones to their cell phones to ensure you experience no delay in contacting us.

As always, we are committed to maintaining exemplary standards in our responsiveness to your business needs. For example, for many years we have invested in our Knowledge Management System that serves as a repository of the collective experience of our >700 experts, and online discussion platform for all our offices and business units to efficiently share ideas. Thereby, you can count on us to give you robust service in an office, at the plant, or from home. You can also still contact us through all standard communications: 800.229.6655 or +1 972.661.8100 or on our website Contact Us form.

We appreciate your business and confidence in our ability to continue to serve you with the highest quality even during these challenging times. We are committed to demonstrating our ability to overcome obstacles to exceed the expectations of our clients.

Most sincerely,
