Trinity announces that it has acquired Air Noise Environment Pty Ltd (ANE), an environmental consulting firm located in Brisbane, Australia. ANE provides broad air quality and acoustic assessment services, from source emission testing to control solutions and mitigation, for clients across Australia. Founded in 1998, ANE's client sectors include energy and resources, industry and manufacturing, infrastructure and development, sports and entertainment, government, research and education, legal, and other consultancies.

ANE is led by Claire Richardson, Gary Hall, Samuel Wong, and Mark Richardson. The firm provides extensive air quality-related services including ambient monitoring, computational modeling, emissions inventories, and source testing. ANE also addresses dust and odor concerns. The firm's extensive noise services include acoustic design, noise monitoring and modeling, control solutions, and road traffic noise studies. ANE also assists clients with related concerns such as environmental auditing, impact assessment, and environmental management systems.
