Redstone LogoIn January 2019, Trinity Consultants (Trinity) acquired The Redstone Group (Redstone), a consulting services provider of international chemical control laws, and EHS auditing, compliance and permitting.

Redstone has deep expertise and advises clients on a range of chemical regulatory issues including the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS), European Union (EU) REACH registration and compliance, EU Poison Control requirements, Korea REACH pre-registration, U.S. Toxic Substance Control Act requirements, and continually expanding U.S. and State packaging laws.

The company was founded in 2004 by Mark Vagasky and Glenn Hammer (retired), former EHS executives from the chemical industry. Mark will lead the effort to integrate Redstone into Trinity's portfolio of EHS, engineering, and science services. Redstone's expertise and client base nicely aligns with and expands Trinity's environmental and life sciences focus. Redstone brings a balance of industry veterans and experts with advanced degrees in engineering, animal sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, environmental sciences, toxicology, genetics, zoology, biology, business, and law.

Mark Vagasky commented, “We are excited about the new opportunities we can bring to our clients by joining with Trinity.”

Paul Greywall commented, “We expect that the specialized expertise that Redstone brings to Trinity will be greatly valued by our chemical and other industry clients, expanding the scope of consulting services and value we can offer.”

Redstone will continue to operate out of its headquarters in Dublin, Ohio.
