Trinity recently opened an Albany, New York office under the leadership of Brian Noel. Brian brings more than 20 years of industrial experience, most focused on air compliance and air pollution control. He previously worked for one of the country's largest manufacturers of industrial power production and transportation industry equipment and consumer products, as well as for a leading producer of engineered thermoplastics. In these roles, he provided air permitting and compliance support for a wide range of processes in more than 100 facilities in the U.S. in 20 air jurisdictions with extensive work in New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
Brian is a licensed professional engineer, a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee for EM Magazine, published by the Air & Waste Management Association, and a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and of the State University of New York at Fredonia with a B.S. in Chemistry.
Brian and his team in Albany are supporting several clients in New York which focus on chemical production, petroleum bulk terminals, telecommunications, power generation and natural gas transmission. The Albany team has been tuned into recent New York regulatory changes affecting distributed power generation and process operations and is supporting clients' compliance with these and other New York and Federal requirements.
