On February 1, 2019, Maricopa County Air Quality Division (MCAQD) mailed out the 2018 emission inventory reports. If your facility received an emission inventory report, please complete the report and submit by May 13, 2019 (due date).

Facilities that have General and Non-Title V permits do not have to pay an emission fee. Only Title V (major source) facilities will need to pay an emission fee at the time their report is submitted.
