The California Air Resources Board (ARB) is conducting a mandatory 2013 Consumer and Commercial Products Survey to gather data regarding consumer and commercial products that were supplied or sold for use in California during calendar year 2013. The main objective of the survey is to establish the scientific foundation for new State Implementation Plans (SIPs) that address additional reduction of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) and Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions necessary to meet the new National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) set by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).

Surveys must be submitted by March 2, 2015 and can be completed via the new electronic Consumer Products Reporting Tool (CPRT). The CPRT, survey instructions regarding data entry, and more information on the Survey can be found here.
