The US EPA recently approved the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District's (SJVAPCD) proposed revisions to Rule 4702, Internal Combustion Engines.  The rule is effective on May 25, 2016.  SJVAPCD Rule 4702 applies to internal combustion (IC) engines and establishes limits on emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), volatile organic compounds (VOC), and sulfur oxides (SOx) from IC engines.  A summary of the revisions to SJVAPCD Rule 4702 can be found here.
