The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) is proposing to submit amendments to SJVAPCD Rule 9510 (Indirect Source Review Rule) to the USEPA through the California Air Resources Board for incorporation as part of the California State Implementation Plan.  A public hearing is scheduled for September 15th, 2016 at 9:00am PDT at SJVAPCD's Central Regional Office in Fresno, California to discuss the amendments and allow interested parties to voice comments regarding the rule revisions.  In addition to attending in person, interested parties may join via teleconference at SJVAPCD's Bakersfield and Modesto offices or by webcast accessed here.

The proposed amendments to Rule 9510 can be obtained by calling SJVAPCD at (559) 230-6000 or faxing a request to Ms. Carol Floes at (559) 230-6061.  Written comments should be addressed to Ms. Cherie Clark, via mail at 1990 East Gettysburg Avenue, Fresno, CA 93726 or via email.  Written comments received by 5:00pm PST on August 30, 2016 will be ensured consideration ahead of the public hearing.
