The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) will be holding a public hearing on May 24, 2018 for proposed amendments to Rule 801 - New Source Performance Standards and Rule 904 - Air Toxics. The proposed amendments incorporate by reference the US EPA's New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) contained in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 60, and the Airborne Toxic Control Measures (ATCMs) adopted by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), respectively. The proposed amendments update the current rules with recently amended and/or adopted standards.
