The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) will be holding two public hearings on April 26, 2018 and May 24, 2018 for the proposed SMAQMD budget and fee schedule for fiscal year 2018/2019. The proposed budget and fee schedule would apply a 3% Consumer Price Index increase to various district fees, including permitting and air toxics fees. The proposed fees would take effect July 1, 2018.
