Annual Compliance Certifications (ACCs) for sources holding Clean Air Act Permit Program (CAAPP) permits are due to IEPA on May 1st.  Don't forget to include the conditions from Sections 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9 of your CAAPP permit in the ACC.  Also, construction permits that have been issued since the last update to the CAAPP permit should also be reviewed as part of the compliance certification.  Instructions for completing the ACC can be found at:

Annual Emission Reports (AERs) are due to IEPA on May 1st.  By now, subject facilities should have received their forms in the mail from IEPA.  Sources should also carefully review this year's forms for representations of stack parameters, as this data may be used by IEPA in ongoing dispersion modeling efforts to establish attainment designations for the new 1-hour SO2 NAAQS.
