The Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) is currently accepting comments on proposed revisions to 10 CSR 10-6.030, Sampling Methods for Air Pollution Sources. The proposed revisions update the incorporation by reference of USEPA test methods. The revised rule will cite specific sampling methods to avoid potential uncertainties about which sampling method to use for different pollutants. Public comments are being accepted through June 6, 2019, and can be submitted here.

Beginning May 1, MDNR will also be accepting public comments on two proposed revisions to regulations for the St. Louis Metropolitan Area: 10 CSR 10-5.442 Control of Emissions for Lithographic and Letterpress Printing Operations, and 10 CSR 10-5.550 Control of Volatile Organic Compound Emissions From Reactor Processes and Distillation Operations Processes in the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry. Both rules are receiving administrative updates to make them easier to understand. Public comments will be accepted from May 1, 2019 through August 1, 2019 and can be submitted here.
