Each Class I and Class II facility throughout the state of Nebraska is required to submit air emission inventories (AEI's) to the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality (NDEQ) annually, while smaller facilities are required to submit AEI's once every three years. The NDEQ publishes a list of facilities that are required to submit AEI's for the previous reporting year online. The list of facilities required to submit for reporting year 2017, along with instructions and forms used to complete AEI's can be found on the NDEQ's website. Paper copies of completed AEI's should be postmarked to the NDEQ by Saturday, March 31, 2018.
