The Clark County Department of Air Quality (DAQ) has revised their Dust Control Operating Permit application. Changes to the application include the addition of a sign-waiver checkbox option for projects less than two weeks long and the elimination of the requirement to include multiple parcel numbers on the application. Additionally, it is now required that every application include a project map. DAQ will no longer accept the old Dust Control Operating Permit application effective November 20, 2017.
