If you operate a Gas 1 boiler or process heater that is subject to annual tune-up requirements under 40 CFR 63, Subpart DDDDD (Boiler MACT), your first annual compliance report is due at the end of this month. Pursuant to 40 CFR 63.7550(b), for boilers and process heaters with heat input capacities greater than 10 MMBtu/hr and which have no emission limits or operating limits (e.g., natural gas-fired units), compliance reports are due annually (less frequently for limited use and units with continuous oxygen trim systems). The due date for the first annual compliance report for these boilers and process heaters is fast approaching for the 2016 reporting period (i.e., January 31, 2016 – December 31, 2016). The first annual compliance report must be submitted by January 31, 2017 via US EPA's Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI), which is accessible through US EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX). Units with emission limits and operating limitations have more stringent reporting requirements including semiannual reporting requirements.
