Beginning September 1, 2018, MSGP DMRs need to be submitted electronically through United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Central Data Exchange (CDX) NetDMR system. Only sites that have received an electronic reporting waiver from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) will be able to continue submitting paper DMRs after September 1, 2018.

The following permittees are required to submit MSGP DMRs:

  • Sites in sectors A, C, D, E, J, O, and S; and
  • Sites required to meet hazardous effluent limits for hazardous metals if sample results indicate a effluent limit exceedance.

Samples must be collected prior to December 31, 2018, and reported to the TCEQ by March 31, 2019.
