Complimentary Webinar: Get Ready for 2020 TSCA CDR Reporting

US EPA requires sites subject to CDR requirements to submit reports on chemical substances that they manufacture, create through chemical changes or as a byproduct, or import into the US. The last CDR reports were due in 2016; the next report is due by November 30 and will require data on chemical substances handled in 2016 through 2019. Trinity offered this webinar as guidance on the overall process and introduction to recent changes by EPA, to enable manufacturers and importers to better evaluate the report's applicability to their operations.

Course Topics

  • TSCA and the role of CDR;
  • Evaluating CDR reporting applicability for each site and substance;
  • Insights to ensure that potentially reportable substances are not overlooked; and,
  • An overview of the information that can be required to illustrate the level of complexity that can be required for these reports
