Introduction to Air Quality Regulations

This course is for industry and environmental professionals seeking a broad exposure to current U.S. air quality regulations. The course looks at current U.S. regulations, and covers such essential topics as ambient air quality standards, attainment status, construction and operating permits, and various regulatory programs such as NSPS, NESHAPs, NSR and Title V.  Course completion enables attendees to:

    This course is designed for persons who need to understand the basics of water programs authorized by the Clean Water Act (CWA).     Compliance Workshop for Refrigerants & Ozone Depleting Substances

    This ½-day course is for environmental and maintenance personnel tasked with complying with the 40 CFR Part 82 ozone depleting substance (ODS) requirements. The course covers regulatory requirements regarding phase out schedules, labeling, stationary refrigeration systems (including leak repair provisions for Class I and II ODS appliances with refrigerant charge =50 pounds), motor vehicle air conditioners, and halon fire suppression systems.
