Managing for Success in Nonattainment Areas in Georgia

This ½ - day course is designed for environmental professionals responsible for facilities impacted by a state’s air permitting and regulatory requirements for nonattainment areas. The course includes a review of nonattainment area provisions of the Clean Air Act, regulations particular to nonattainment areas in the state where the course is being presented, and procedures to determine whether changes at facilities are potentially subject to nonattainment NSR permitting. Relevant examples and a discussion of successful permitting strategies help bring the material to life.
