Please join Trinity Consultants for a complimentary webinar providing a brief overview of EPA’s recent actions under the Frank R Lautenberg Act, also known as Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) Reform.   Specifically, this webinar will highlight the responsibility of chemical manufacturers (including importers) and processors to perform retrospective reporting for the 10 years prior to the signing of the Lautenberg Act on June 22, 2016.  The deadline for reporting for manufacturers (including importers) will be 180 days after the final rule is published in the Federal Register.  The rule has been signed, so is expected to be published shortly, making the due date for reporting likely to fall in the 1st quarter of 2018.    During this webinar the instructor will cover the following topics:
