Complimentary Luncheon: Change is in the Air…EPA's New Source Review Regulations Targeted for Reform

EPA has identified New Source Review (NSR) Reform as a top priority under this administration. NSR permitting is the federal permitting program aimed at ensuring that the construction and modification of major industrial sources does not significantly impact air quality.  The agency intends to consider reforms that will simplify the NSR permitting process, improve the timeliness of permit issuance and facilitate permitting flexibility.  On December 7, 2017, the EPA issued its first policy memo on the subject related to use of projected actual emissions in NSR applicability analyses.

Please join Trinity Consultants and our guest speakers, Mr. Kevin Sunday, Director of Government Affairs, PA Chamber and Mr. Bart Cassidy, Partner and Air Quality/Complex Industry Regulatory Practice Group Lead at Manko, Gold, Katcher and Fox for a complimentary luncheon to discuss NSR Reform on March 22, 2018 at 11:30 am.  Mike Remsberg, the Managing Director of Trinity's Eastern Region and a consultant with extensive NSR experience, will also join our panel of experts and Wendy Merz will facilitate the discussion.  Together, we will provide insight on the issues associated with NSR permitting and potential reforms from a business, technical, and legal perspective.
