Complimentary Webinar: Critical Considerations for EPA’s “Once In, Always In” MACT Policy Change

On January 25, 2018, EPA issued a guidance memorandum withdrawing the “Once In, Always In” (OIAI) policy for MACT (Maximum Achievable Control Technology) standards. This webinar will outline the history and impacts of the original 1995 policy, and what companies should consider as they decide how to respond to EPA’s new interpretation of how MACT standards apply.

Participants will gain an understanding of how the original policy affected company operations, and important questions to consider before determining their approach to this policy change.  The presentation is intended for facility and corporate environmental staff from a broad range of industries.
