    Strategies for Managing Capital Projects at Primary & Secondary Metals Facilities

    This 1-day course is for environmental, engineering, and management staff at primary and secondary metals facilities responsible for evaluating capital projects for air quality permitting and compliance requirements. The course covers basic emissions quantification and air pollution control strategies for common sources at integrated steel, EAF, and secondary metals mills, federal NSR/PSD permitting applicability and requirements for capital projects, and an overview of general applicability triggers under the NSPS and NESHAP programs.
