The course covers essential topics such as water permitting and compliance, stormwater permitting and compliance in Louisiana, wetlands permitting, and other Clean Water Act (CWA) programs. Louisiana SWPPP and SPCC/SPC Plan Essentials and Implementation

This 1/2-day course is designed for individuals responsible for developing, certifying and implementing SPCC/SPC Plans and SWPPPs. The course covers applicability, general requirements for all plans, specific requirements based on facility type, available plan formats, templates, tools and techniques. Additionally, the course covers the essentials needed to comply with the multi-sector general permit (MSGP). Course completion will enable attendees to:
