This new ½-day course is intended for environmental professionals responsible for water quality permitting and compliance management for their facilities. The course covers essential topics such as water permitting and compliance; storm water permitting and compliance; spill prevention, control and countermeasures (SPCC) planning and compliance; wetlands permitting; and other Clean Water Act (CWA) programs.

Join us as we cover wastewater and stormwater permitting mechanisms in Texas. We will discuss individual as well as general permit options, and provide general guidance on applicability.
