Special Complimentary Lunch Seminar: The Future of California Air Toxics Regulation

Would you like to know more about recent air regulatory changes that potentially affect local industries and communities in San Diego and Imperial Counties?  Please join us for a special complimentary lunch seminar featuring a presentation of California’s Assembly Bill (AB) 617, which is expected to significantly transform the statewide regulation of air toxics in the years ahead. The California Air Resources Board and local air districts have started developing and deploying AB 617 community air toxic programs throughout California. Trinity’s experts will identify key regulatory requirements, and discuss the implications of AB 617 and other California’s air toxics programs, such as AB 2588 and Proposition 65, on regulated facilities. Our staff will also provide regulatory updates on other important local, state and federal programs, including Federal Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) amendments and reporting requirements.
