Complimentary Luncheon: RCRA AA, BB, CC - Is Your Facility Ready for USEPA’s Latest Inspection Focus?

Inspections to ensure compliance with the 40 CFR Parts 264/265, Subparts AA, BB, and CC air emission standards are a significant part of a recent EPA enforcement initiative for facilities regulated under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Leak detection and repair (LDAR) programs are included as a part of this enforcement initiative. EPA has already started requesting information under Section 3007 of RCRA related to compliance with the RCRA LDAR items, which are codified under Subpart BB.
