Complimentary Webinar -  Overview of Canada’s LDAR Compliance Requirements for Upstream Oil and Gas Sector (Canadian Webinar Series)

Canada’s annexed Regulations Respecting Reduction in the Release of Methane and Certain Volatile Organic Compounds (Upstream Oil and Gas Sector) requires implementation of Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) programs at Canadian onshore upstream oil and gas facilities by no later than January 1, 2020, amongst other requirements.  The proposed regulation will require that the operator of each affected facility to implement an LDAR program and undertake monitoring, record-keeping, and reporting activities.
