Complimentary Webinar: Now that RACT II is complete, on to RACT III!

During the April 16, 2020, Air Quality Technical Advisory Committee (AQTAC) meeting, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) provided a first glimpse of draft Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) requirements to address the 2015 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for Ozone (i.e., RACT III).  The DEP is still drafting the proposed rulemaking, which they expect to publish by the end of 2020, with a final rule being promulgated in 2021.  The proposed compliance date will be January 1, 2023.  RACT III requirements as proposed, could result in significant compliance burden for certain Pennsylvania facilities.

Please join Trinity and others in the regulated community for a complimentary webinar to learn more details about the proposed rule.
