Complimentary Webinar: Get Ready for 2020 TSCA CDR Reporting

Join Trinity Consultants for a complimentary webinar as we discuss upcoming Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule requirements. The TSCA CDR rule enables US EPA to collect and share information on the manufacturing, importing, processing and use of “chemical substances” in commerce. That term is defined to include almost every substance that can be described by chemistry, so it is important to recognize that TSCA applies to everyone, and CDR reporting under TSCA authority is commonly required of companies and facilities that do not consider themselves “chemical manufacturers”.

Webinar topics
US EPA requires sites subject to CDR requirements to submit reports on chemical substances that they manufacture, create through chemical changes or as a byproduct, or import into the US. The last CDR reports were due in 2016; the next report is due by November 30 and will require data on chemical substances handled in 2016 through 2019. Trinity is offering this webinar as guidance on the overall process and introduction to recent changes by EPA, to enable manufacturers and importers to better evaluate the report’s applicability to their operations.

This session will present:
  1. TSCA and the role of CDR;
  2. Evaluating CDR reporting applicability for each site and substance;
  3. Insights to ensure that potentially reportable substances are not overlooked; and,
  4. An overview of the information that can be required to illustrate the level of complexity that can be required for these reports
