Complimentary Webinar: Colorado’s Proposed Regulation 7 Update – How to Comply with the New Air Quality Monitoring Requirements for Well Production Facilities

Proposed New Regulation 7 updates will require air quality monitoring at well production facilities beginning no later than 3 days before the commencement of pre-production operations (drilling, fracturing, drill-out, flowback) and continuing for at least six months after production commences. This requirement applies to pre-production operations that begin on or after May 1, 2021. Join Trinity Consultants and Meteorological Solutions Inc., or MSI (a Trinity Consultants Company), as we walk through what these new requirements will mean for your facility. We will start off with the proposed regulatory update then will transition into monitoring options, information, and what you need to know to comply with the new requirements, if they are finalized and currently proposed.
