Regulatory Requirements for Generators Participating in Peak Shaving Programs

In this webinar,Trinity will provide a background of EPA rules that regulate air emissions from stationary internal combustion engines.  This will include 40 CFR 63 Subpart ZZZZ – National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (aka RICE MACT), 40 CFR 60 Subpart IIII - New Source Performance Standards for Stationary Compression Ignition Internal Combustion Engines (NSPS IIII), and 40 CFR 60 Subpart JJJJ - New Source Performance Standards for Stationary Spark Ignition Internal Combustion Engines (NSPS JJJJ). The focus of this webinar will be to highlight the key differences in applicability for backup engines that qualify as emergency engines versus those that do not due to participation in a peak shaving agreement
